My self Keerthi from Bangalore, India. I have experience of 17 years structural field in ME,UK,US, Canadian, Australian & Indian Standard, I have worked as Modeler, Checker, Project Leader, Detailing Manger and Now Mktg/Sales/BD Deputy General Manager. So I have strong knowledge of structural field, I am handled team more than 150 peoples and I am very comfortable interacting with the international clients regarding any complicated project negotiation, I am very expert making Planning and scheduling of projects also.
I worked 6 months in Dubai as a fabricators coordinator for the project Dubai mall.
Present responsibility as below.
Dealing with USA, Canada, India, Australian,New Zealand, Russian & UAE clients.
Being Head person, handling all the sales and marketing related activities of India as well as US,UK,UAE.
Achieving given sales target.
Direct reporting to Company Owner, President.
Participating in weekly & monthly review meetings with the Company Owner, President, CFO
Handling queries of existing as well as new clients.
Travelling for business meetings.
Managing the back-end documentary work.
Maintaining company accounts including billing/ invoicing/ payment collection.
Estimating any type of projects without using any formats within no time..!
Negotiating with clients any type projects with good prices..!
Maintaining sales reports along with client o/s report and payment collection report.
Updating the reports on regular basis.
Doing Market Research, making strategies for sales.
Handling & supporting sales team., Technical team,
Handing all Tekla related issues.
Coordination with US clients to support technical team.
